Video Door Entry System suffering from video and audio issues which was being maintained by a local company using inexperienced engineers that should have seen the issues from the start.

This site was originally condemned by the incumbent maintainers with a price tag of over 60k for a new system. We went in and removed the existing 10 cat5 cables which were feeding the front station and flats. We installed 4 new cat5 cables to the front door station and relocated all control gear into a more readily accessible cabinet.
With a new backbone between the control gear and the door station, the existing equipment works perfectly, no need for expensive new equipment.

Door Entry System suffering from Door Switcher failure.
System had been poorly installed and maintained from the start.
Unfortunately the fault had previously been misdiagnosed and the locks bypassed by the last attending engineer from some other company.
