The WM5000ES Mini Tool Pro Patrol Management System
The WM500ES MiniTool Pro Patrol system reads Stainless Steel Checkpoints which are extremely robust and designed to be used in both external and internal locations. The Checkpoints can be mounted on to any surface either by using the secure holder or by attaching the Checkpoint Button to a surface with a strong adhesive or pad (some locations such Hotels, and Listed Buildings use an adhesive or adhesive pad in place of the secure holders to provide a more discreet and aesthetically pleasing Checkpoint installation).
The WM5000ES Mini Tool Data Reader includes additional features such as:-The device has a lithium polymer rechargeable battery, so after one 3-hour charge, the reader will operate for up to 30 days at 500 reading per day.

The Patrol Management Software which is included with the starter kit is unlimited, there is no limit to the number of readers, no limit to the number of sites, no limit to the number of points, and no limit to number of events that can be added.
The system is extremely easy to set up and operate and provides comprehensive reporting on all activity. Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, exported to Excel, saved to PDF, and emailed.
You can identify which member of staff is using the data reader at any time by using the personnel logging on fob.
An Event Wallet is also be supplied as part of each starter kit. These wallets are used to record an incident or an event (Such as ‘’ Checked and secured rear fire doors’’ during a patrol and will show the exact time that the itemised event/incident was recorded in the tour report.
Additional Data Readers, Checkpoints (Checkpoints can be supplied with or without holders), and Event Wallets can be added at any time. There are no minimum order quantities.
